What is Escalation?

An escalation is an issue raised for urgent attention — typically routed to a supervisor or manager. In QA, escalations are often triggered automatically: a fatal fail, a compliance breach, a run of failed evaluations, or a coaching SLA breach.

Automated escalation closes the gap between detecting a problem and acting on it. Instead of a risky call sitting in a report, the right person is notified immediately with the context they need.

QUALICORE auto-raises escalations from multiple trigger algorithms and tracks them through to resolution with SLAs.
