ECONX GROUP (PTY) LTD — QUALICORE Platform
By accessing or using QUALICORE, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable South African laws and regulations. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
QUALICORE is a multi-tenant quality assurance, coaching, and compliance platform for call centres and BPO operations, provided by ECONX GROUP (PTY) LTD. Access is granted on a subscription basis per the plan selected at sign-up.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually per active agent. Prices exclude 15% VAT. Invoices are issued at the start of each billing cycle. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice date. Overdue accounts may be suspended. Deactivated agents are excluded from billing from the date of deactivation.
Trial accounts are provided for the period specified on the selected plan. No credit card is required for trials. At the end of the trial, the account will be suspended unless a paid subscription is activated.
You may not use QUALICORE to store unlawful content, attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts, reverse-engineer the platform, or violate any applicable law including POPIA, the LRA, or the BCEA.
You retain ownership of all data you input into QUALICORE. ECONX GROUP processes this data solely to provide the service. On account termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.
QUALICORE is designed to support fair and documented performance management in accordance with the Labour Relations Act (LRA No. 66 of 1995) and the Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA No. 75 of 1997). Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with applicable labour law.
ECONX GROUP's liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the 3 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice. ECONX GROUP may terminate immediately for material breach, non-payment, or unlawful use.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
