Agent off-PC: how supervisors record on their behalf

Agent off-PC — supervisor override

When the agent is on a back-to-back call queue, you don't have to wait.

  • Supervisor steps:*
  1. Open the session in /dashboard/supervisor/sessions/[id].
  2. Click "Agent Off-PC — Record on Their Behalf" in the action bar.
  3. Capture what the agent said in the conversation (min 20 chars).
  4. Submit. The session moves into agent_responded with a filled_by_supervisor flag.
  • Agent steps (later):*
  1. The agent receives an email + dashboard notification.
  2. From their session detail page they can amend the response and tick Confirm.
  3. Their confirmation timestamp (agent_confirmed_at) is stored separately from the supervisor's submission, so the audit trail shows both signatures.

This protects everyone: the agent's voice is captured, the supervisor's good-faith record is preserved, and HR sees the complete picture.
