Agent off-PC: how supervisors record on their behalf

Agent off-PC — supervisor override
When the agent is on a back-to-back call queue, you don't have to wait.
- Supervisor steps:*
- Open the session in
/dashboard/supervisor/sessions/[id]. - Click "Agent Off-PC — Record on Their Behalf" in the action bar.
- Capture what the agent said in the conversation (min 20 chars).
- Submit. The session moves into
agent_respondedwith afilled_by_supervisorflag.
- Agent steps (later):*
- The agent receives an email + dashboard notification.
- From their session detail page they can amend the response and tick Confirm.
- Their confirmation timestamp (
agent_confirmed_at) is stored separately from the supervisor's submission, so the audit trail shows both signatures.
This protects everyone: the agent's voice is captured, the supervisor's good-faith record is preserved, and HR sees the complete picture.
